Crazed dog football is coming back soon!!!
I predicted that the Cowboys would give New Orleans their first loss. I was correct. It seems that that win has givin Dallas new life and they are now playing the way they should be. I predict them to the superbowl. How far do you think they will go?
What do you think about the new hiring of Mike Shanahan? Do you think it will be a good fit or will it be another coaching disaster for the Washington Redskins. He has one of his old running backs back now…..
So more than two years after Nike cut Michael Vick’s contract for his involvement in dog fighting, they have now re-signed him. Vick will be back rocking the Swoosh on all of his gear again. I personally can’t wait to see the next “Vick’s”. As i recall, his last pair were about the most popular amongst ALL football levels. What do you think about Nike putting Mike Vick back on their team?

So what do you think about the NFL banning tweeting for up to 90minutes before the game and during the game. I think that this should never be an issue for the players, but can see where it is needed for all other personell. If any player has the nerve to use social media during a game they dont even need to be on the field. Before and after the game is their business if they want to send a “Im ready to bust some heads” or “it was a close one tonight”. For example the Martellus Bennett of the Dallas Cowboys has Marty B TV. Im sure he will be taping with his personal camera before and after games. As long as its in good taste and doesnt give anything away i dont see the probelm. What do you think?
Since around about the 2005 season we have not seen a certain running back during any preseason competitions. Also during those years for that particular running back his numbers were only at the top of the class. Now, after having a career low in rushing yards, Ladanian Tomlinson has been taking reps in preseason contests. He is coming of an injury plagued season and he feels he needs to get some contact and real time game speed. I also think that Darren Sproles may have a little something to do with his approach this season. I think this is a really good idea and i think he should’ve been doin this in the previous years. I dont feel that as a veteran you need to play four full preseason games, but i do think there is a need to get in at minimum eight to ten series even for the most in shape and seasoned players.
So far in LTs 2 games he has 28 yards on 12 carries and 3 receptions for 26 yards.
With Brandon Marshall mostly taking reps with the Scout Team, the Broncos head coach is not sure that he will play in the Seahawks game this weekend. He missed the first preseason game because he was attending court in Georgia, which he was acquited of the charges. He also stated that he hadnt mastered the offense yet. I think that he should at least be put in the majority the latter quarters to get even more practice. He’s not going to learn it sitting at home gettin in trouble.
How many of you have ever heard of Oklahoma Panhandle State University? Not that many huh. Well either OPSU or Panhandle State for short is located in the Oklahoma Panhandle in the small college town of Goodwell. The football program is NCAA division 2. They are currently in the rebuilding stage with the current coach, Mike Wyatt of 3 years and expectations seem to be high for this season. I am an alum of OPSU and the football team so there will be updates on them frequently. The Aggies will be holding an intra squad scrimmage this saturday to prepare for there first contest Aug. 29. They will travel to Fort Lewis College for the season opener.
Like I said yesterday with the Vikings QB situation…only time will tell… I guess “Father Time” has spoken because Brett Favre will sign for between ten and twelve million dollars to sling for the Vikes . He is also reported to start THIS FRIDAY against the Kansas City Chiefs.Favre and Peterson in the same backfield…that could be nasty..well Welcome Back! Again!
